Creative Change is a social regeneration organisation whose aim is to work with those NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) individuals that are excluded within their communities, by means of low educational attainments, no employment training and long-term unemployed.
Creative Change is a youth centred community based organisation whose workshops are designed to inform train guide and empower youths that have been socially excluded marginalized risk of offending and new arrivals in the UK our main aim is to work with young people to bring out and develop their creativity and imagination
Many of the service users have not been inspired by school and have no employability technique and training these individuals are generally those whom since leaving school have not uptaken any form of developmental programme, and so have low or no skills attainment and require re-training, skill adoption and/or self development, we feel that their is a need to look at this target group and begin to work with them to enable to build up their charcters and abilties
